How We Use This Information
Contact Us submissions are used only to get back to you about the question or message you sent.
Registration and Player Interest submissions are used to build tryout and team rosters, manage team communication, and set players up in GameChanger for schedules and game management.
Where Your Information Is Stored
All Contact Us and Registration form submissions are sent directly to and stored in JotForm, a third-party online form platform — this site does not separately store or duplicate that information on our own servers. How Long We Keep It
We keep submitted information indefinitely, since it supports ongoing roster management, team history, and returning-player records from year to year. If you'd like your information removed, contact us using the information below.
Who Has Access
Access to submitted information is limited to Logan Wells and a vetted website contractor who maintains this site and its form integrations. We do not sell your information, and we don't share it beyond what's needed for the program operations described above.
Children’s Information
Our programs serve players under 18. Registration and Player Interest forms may include a minor player's name and date of birth, submitted by a parent or guardian on the player's behalf. The Bay Area Baseball Academy form separately asks for a parent's name and phone number when the applicant is under 18. This information is used solely for roster management and team communication, as described above.
