Logan Wells is the Owner and CEO of Bay Area Pro Baseball and has dedicated his career to developing athletes on and off the field. A former collegiate baseball player at Hillsborough Community College, Logan later served as an assistant baseball coach at Eckerd College from 2021 through 2025. During his time at Eckerd, he helped recruit, develop, and mentor collegiate student athletes.
Throughout his coaching career, Logan has helped more than 50 players earn opportunities to continue their baseball careers at the collegiate level. His passion for player development, recruiting, and building relationships has helped make Bay Area Pro Baseball one of the fastest growing organizations in the region.
In addition to leading Bay Area Pro Baseball, Logan owns and operates The Spot Athletic Center, a year round indoor training facility that provides athletes with professional instruction, advanced player development, and access to experienced coaches.
Logan is also the founder of the Coach Logan Wells Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for inner city youth through athletics, mentorship, and community outreach. He currently serves as the Director of the Nike RBI Program in partnership with Major League Baseball, helping provide underserved athletes with access to high level coaching, competition, and opportunities to advance both on and off the field.
Outside of baseball, Logan is also an entrepreneur and owns a marketing company that helps businesses grow through branding, digital marketing, and strategic advertising.
Logan's mission is simple. Provide players with honest guidance, elite instruction, and opportunities to reach their full potential whether that means making a high school team, earning a college scholarship, or pursuing professional baseball.
